This policy explains how payments, cancellations, missed lessons and refunds work at Quran Arabiya Institute.
The trial lesson is free. You do not pay anything until you choose a plan after the trial.
Plans are billed in four-week cycles and paid in advance. Your invoice shows the number of lessons in the cycle, the lesson length and the total.
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson by telling us or your teacher at least 1.5 to 2 hours before it starts, and we will arrange a new time. A lesson cancelled later than that, or missed without notice, is usually counted as taken, because the teacher has kept that time for you.
When both the family and the teacher are committed and regular, we are usually flexible about this. Talk to us and we will find a solution together.
Teachers follow the same 1.5 to 2 hour notice rule. If your teacher cancels late or misses a lesson, we always give you a make-up lesson at a time that suits you.
You can stop your plan at any time by email or WhatsApp. Cancelling stops your next cycle, and the lessons already paid for in the current cycle stay available to you.
Refunds and changes to a paid cycle are agreed directly between the academy and the parent or adult learner. Contact us, explain the situation, and we will agree a fair solution, such as moving lessons to a later date or refunding lessons that were not taken.
Lessons already taken, and late cancellations counted as taken, are not normally refunded.
Family or referral savings apply to the invoice they were given on. If part of a discounted cycle is refunded, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid.
Email info@quranarabiya.com or message us on WhatsApp with the learner’s name and invoice, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
