Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply when you use quranarabiya.com or book lessons with Quran Arabiya Institute. By booking a lesson you agree to them. If a learner is under 18, the parent or guardian who books accepts these terms for them.

Our service

We provide live one-to-one online lessons in Quran reading, Tajweed, memorization, Arabic and Islamic Studies. Lessons take place on an agreed video platform at the times agreed with your teacher.

Free trial

Your first trial lesson is free and there is no obligation to enroll. The trial is used to check the learner’s level, agree on goals and see whether the teacher is a good fit.

Plans and payment

Lessons are billed in four-week cycles based on the plan you choose (lesson length and lessons per week). The price of your plan is shown in our pricing calculator and on your invoice. Each cycle is paid in advance, before its first lesson. Prices for an active plan stay the same for that cycle; we will tell you in advance about any change for later cycles.

Scheduling and missed lessons

Please join on time. The learner or the teacher can cancel a lesson up to 1.5 to 2 hours before it starts. A late cancellation by the learner is usually counted as taken. If the teacher cancels late, we give the learner a make-up lesson. When both sides are committed, we are usually flexible and agree on a solution together.

Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Teachers and changing teacher

We match each learner with a teacher based on their goals, level, age and preference. You can ask for a different teacher at any time, and we will offer the closest available match.

Conduct and safety

Learners, parents and teachers must behave respectfully in lessons. Young children should have a parent or guardian nearby during lessons. We may pause or end lessons if a learner, parent or teacher behaves in an abusive or unsafe way.

Lessons are for education. They are not personal fatwas, legal advice or a guarantee of any certificate or Ijazah, which is granted only by a qualified teacher after the required assessment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
